In 1992, James’ manager Hans Altena and old friend/engineer Gary Heddon, put together a 2-day recording session with Nashville legends and recorded direct to a stereo master. James on Keys and Lead Vocals, David Hungate on Bass, Don Potter on Guitars, Larry London on Drums, Vince Andrews on Sax and Guy Penrod on Backing Vocals put together an incredible session of meaningful songs such as “Just Like Us”, “No Competition”, “Overcome Evil” and “Musical Adventure” as well as other great songs. This is one of James’ favorite records and that is reflected in the performance in this piano-driven recording.
